Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is part of our Terms of Service, section 4. In short:

• Cancel before your technician is dispatched: full refund.
• Cancel after your technician is en route: the dispatch fee is retained to cover the trip already underway, and the remainder of your payment is refunded.
• No-show: if our technician arrives and can’t reach you or your vehicle within a reasonable wait, a no-show fee may be charged to the card on file, as authorized when you booked.
